These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "Member") of the jiya 9 platform ("Service"). These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of users, the nature of the service, and the contractual relationship between both parties.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits at jiya 9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which is the same for all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing on behalf of someone else into an account, or depositing into someone else's account, is prohibited. All financial transactions must be completed directly from the user's own payment account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if a user deposits ৳1,000, they will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Bonus funds are not direct cash — they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. That means for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) must be wagered. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

4.3 Other Promotions

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any fraudulent activity to gain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. jiya 9 reserves the right to close the account and cancel all bonuses if such activity is detected.

jiya 9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback on weekly net losses
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for the relevant week. For example, a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive up to ৳220 in cashback (৳20,000 × 1.1%).

Through regular and active participation, members can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is paid at a set time each week and specific wagering requirements may also apply to it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiya 9 platform:

1. Using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform, or any attempt at money laundering.
2. Using bots, automated software, or algorithmic methods to play games.
3. Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform's system or games for personal gain.
4. Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
5. Carrying out fraudulent activities against the platform or other users.
6. Attempting unauthorised access to one's own or another person's account.
7. Operating an account using a false identity or false documents.

If any of the above violations are detected, jiya 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.
